Finn is a very dedicated musician. He takes advantage of the various co-curricular ensembles we offer by participating in both the Marching Band and Symphonic Orchestra. Our school has relatively few French Horn players this year, and as a result, Finn is the only horn player in our Symphonic Winds. However, one would barely notice that there is not a full section because he contributes so much. He learns his parts diligently and then is able to play competently and confidently in rehearsals and performances. He also readily accepts and applies feedback to continually refine his performance. Finn has developed into a true leader within the ensemble and everyone benefits from his advancing musicianship.
